Including Termite Protection and Elimination in My Home Insurance Coverage in Columbus Ohio

Hello,

I am currently in a bad mood because I’ve recently discovered my house in Columbus, Ohio is being attacked by termites. Although not all parts of the house were attacked, they somehow managed to attack my walls and floorboards. It may just be a small part but I still hate the thought of termites rummaging my home. With this, I don’t want to wait until my house is consumed by these little pests before I make a move because I don’t want my head to ache just thinking how I can get rid of them over and over again. So, I decided that I wanted my house to be checked for more termite infestations. As much as possible, these termites had to be eradicated and afterwards, all damages they caused had to be restored/repaired.

Now, I am wondering whether all these can be covered by my home insurance policy. This can really benefit me as I am really on the process of saving money and I know having my home insurance policy cover for all these will really allow me to save. If it doesn’t cover for termites, is there any way/any policy that can cover for termite infestations? I really wish my home insurance can cover for these pests though, but at least I’ll like to know whether I have other choices in the future.

Thank you. Any information from you is valuable and helpful for my problem right now.

Regards,

Joanne*

Best Business Insurance Coverage for Nightclubs in Cleveland Ohio

Hi there,

My brother and I are planning to establish a nightclub business here in Cleveland. Every night we are brainstorming about the things we need to start the said business. From the location of the nightclub, hiring employees and strategies to make it a hit to the expenses we are likely to put out as well as the capital we may need to get the business going despite the expenses.

Aside from those things, we have also thought about business insurance for the nightclub. It was actually the idea of our friend as we forgot about it initially. But our friend told us all businesses required business insurance and starting a nightclub business might require one too. Our friend has a point that is why right now, I want to know all about getting insurance for our planned business. What is the best business insurance policy we can get that is suitable for our night club? How can we get our nightclub insured? We also want to know if there are risks involved in getting business insurance.

We have already considered almost everything that we need in putting up a nightclub business. We just want to be clear about a few things like business insurance, for instance. We hope you can help us be informed about it, so that we can get our business started in a smooth sailing way.

Thank you.

All the best,

Jason*

Home Security Systems: Will It Lower or Increase My Insurance Rates? – Cincinnati Ohio

Hello there,

My husband and I have had an experience with burglary before when we still live in another state and I tell you, that was a really traumatic experience. Sometimes we are still haunted by that experience so we are very meticulous about our home and its security. Now that we have been living in Cincinnati, so far, we have not had any threats or suspicious looking people eyeing our home and stalking us. Still, we want to make sure that we will never experience that terrible experience we’ve had with crooks before.

For this reason, we are planning to install a new home security system. We have been shopping around for the best security system already but we are still undecided as to what the best option is. Another thing, we are concerned about insurance too. We think that if we get a home security system especially those high tech ones, we will increase the rate of our insurance policy in the process. This is the reason why we cannot fully decide what system to choose.

As of now, we need suggestions as to what the best system is suitable for our home in Cincinnati. We would love to have systems that wouldn’t affect our insurance.

Your suggestions and advice would be a lot of help for us. Thank you.

All the best,

Jenny*

Can I Get Free Auto Insurance in Toledo Ohio?

Hi,

I am fully aware of my responsibilities as a driver and as a resident in Toledo Ohio and that includes my responsibility to get my car insured and get auto insurance. But as I was studying all the possible auto insurance coverage I needed and was required by the law, I concluded that I could not afford to get one or pay all my premiums. My income is just enough to support me and my basic needs but for hefty auto insurance, I definitely cannot afford to get one.

Plus, I still have other things to pay for like my bills and other expenses that are also important and adding expensive insurance and other importance coverage will only add to the burden I am already experiencing financially. But since insurance is required by the state, what shall I do? I cannot afford auto insurance. Is there such a thing as free auto insurance I can get or I am privileged to get? Or does that mean I don’t have the right to own a car because I cannot afford to get auto insurance?

My car is very important to me especially to my work. Insurance is required by the state and I know it is also important to me. I understand all that. I understand that I cannot drive my car without it. Although I want to get a policy, I just can’t because I cannot afford it. What must I do?

I hope you can give me advice regarding this matter.

Thank you.

Regards,

Harry*

I am planning to send my daughter to college in Cincinnati as I want her to get a better job and have a better future.

I know that I am going to miss my daughter so much when she goes away to college in Ohio but I guess I am going to have to live with that for her future. How easy is it or how difficult is it to get auto insurance for her? How costly or how cheap would it cost me? What can I do to be able to get cheap auto insurance for my daughter? How about if I get the car insured under my name?

Thank you and I hope you can help me.

Transferring from One Auto Insurance Company to Another – Lorain Ohio

Hello,

A year ago, I had my car insured at this certain insurance company in Lorain, Ohio. In fact, I already made claims when my car recently had an accident and all went well. I was satisfied with the benefits I could get with my car insurance company.

But lately, my co-workers were talking about insurance companies and car insurance. Three of them have the same insurance company and are giving advice to our new employee as to where to have his car insured. While they were stating the benefits they got, the low cost premiums and amazing coverage of their car insurance company, I did a research about their company on the web and indeed, found out that their company was a reputable, well-established company. A lot of clients even gave positive testimonials about that company. I even asked my family, specifically my dad and my brother what they thought about this certain company and it turned out they had their car insured at the same company too.

I was like, why didn’t I learn about this company before? They all say the same positive things about this company and to think that my car is not insured in their company makes me wonder whether it is still possible for me to get my car insured on that company.

Recently, I learned that our new employee just had his car insured at that same company they were talking about. Now, I hate to admit it. but I also would like to change car insurance companies. Is it possible for me to switch from one car insurance company to another in Lorain? Am I not going to be sued by my insurance company if I make that switch during policy period?

Please give me answers. Thank you.

Mr. Ty*

Looking for Home Insurance and/or Landslide Insurance in Cincinnati Ohio

Hi,

I have lived in Cincinnati Ohio all my life but have never experienced having my own home. As a normal person, I still consider it best to finally have my own home and build my own dream house. Now that I feel I am already capable of making that dream come true since I am now a civil engineer, I would like to make that dream come true indeed.

My dream house is actually a rare one. I want it to be built on top of a hill or beside one, as I really enjoy seeing the view from the top. It has always been my dream home. I know my dream home is quite costly to build, but that is why I am also considering getting home insurance for that. I know that mostly, homes on the hills are more prone to landslide damages as they are indeed located in a landslide prone area. But I really want to make this dream come true and so I am asking whether I can still get it insured even when it is located on top of a hill.

What am I supposed to do to get home insurance for this type of dream home? I am willing to do everything it takes to be allowed home insurance. Just tell me the necessary things I can do.

Thank you.

Raising Your Credit Score to Lower Your Car Insurance Payments in Ohio

Having low credit scores is not only a shameful issue but can also get you in trouble in the future. Having low credit scores can be due to unpaid debts to the point that you already have a lot of pending debts and balances. This can ruin your credit reputation and your credibility. In the future, when you are going to aim for transactions where money and credit are involved, you are going to have a hard time already.

Let’s take for example insurance like car insurance. Getting car insurance and other insurance is now going be tough for you because of your credit score reputation. Insurance companies basically rely on trust; that is why they evaluate their clients carefully to see if they deserve to be allowed insurance or not. If they find out you have low credit score, they will find it hard to trust that you are able to pay for your premiums. Chances are you are going to be denied of car insurance or they are going to raise your premium rates to be sure they have the edge. If you don’t want them to increase your premiums for car insurance, then consider raising your credit score, because this is the only way you can get car insurance companies to lower your car insurance rates.

The first thing you should do is check for errors on your credit report. Errors could not be avoided and you might want to check whether the company you were indebted to was mistaken or not. If you doubt that you deserve that low score, chances are your record may have been mistaken as another person’s record. Hence, it is best to check your credit report for errors committed as this will change your credit score and probably raise it if errors are identified.

Best and Most Popular Life Insurance Riders in Columbus Ohio

Hello there,

I am an engineer and a father of 5 kids in Columbus, Ohio. My income is enough to be able to support my family even if my wife doesn’t go to work. She can just stay at home and attend to the kids and the house while I should be the one to bring food for the table. I recently got life insurance as I know and understand the importance of this policy to me and to my family.

After getting myself insured, I reviewed their insurance coverage at home and found out that there was something missing that I expected to find in their coverage. This is the coverage about being able to provide income for my family in case I die. I wanted this because I know my wife doesn’t have a job, let alone any experience to get a good job that pays well. I have 5 kids too. If something bad happens to me and I die, I don’t want them to have a hard time coping with their lives.

Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to find this on my insurance company’s coverage. What am I supposed to do now? Has there been a mistake or it’s just not included in my policy? Is there still a chance for me to get the coverage I wanted for my family?

I really need your help. Thank you.

Regards,

Tony*

Getting Medical Insurance When HIV Positive in Cincinnati Ohio

Hi there,

I am facing a very depressing situation at the moment. I was diagnosed as HIV positive and that really got me feeling depressed and hopeless lately. I got even sadder when my family learned about my condition because I could not bear to see the sad looks on their faces although they kept telling me that everything was going to be fine and they kept encouraging me not to give up. Although I was sad, that kept me more motivated and encouraged indeed, but that was until I met an HIV patient.

You see, I met this girl at the hospital and she was crying. She doesn’t know how she’s going to pay for HIV treatment. So I told her, she didn’t have to worry if she had insurance. She told me she had insurance but learned that it didn’t cover for her HIV medication and that the company even said they would cancel her insurance. I think that is just so unfair.

So, it made me think about my current condition and my being HIV positive. I am now anxious whether my company will cancel my coverage or not just because I am HIV positive. If they did, I know I’d be having a hard time getting insurance again.

What I need help about understanding is why insurance companies are discriminating HIV patients. Why are we being deprived of our coverage just because we have HIV? Why is it hard for them to empathize with us? If this is the case with health insurance, is there any way for us HIV positive patients in Cincinnati, Ohio to ever be assisted with our medications financially?

It seems that I am losing hope that my insurance company will cover for me upon learning that I have HIV. What can I do?

Appreciate your help very much.

Thanks.

Joseph*
